I’m a gay therapist based in Leeds, and I work with people across the LGBTQ+ spectrum on a wide range of issues — from self-esteem and anxiety to grief, loneliness and relationships. You're not "too sensitive", "too much", or "too complicated". You're human — and you deserve to feel at ease in your own skin.

What We Can Work On

People come to LGBTQ+ therapy for all sorts of reasons. Some of the themes I often work with include:

  • 🌈 Identity exploration (sexuality, gender, labels — or none at all)

  • 🧠 Anxiety, self-esteem and feeling "not enough"

  • 💔 Family rejection, homophobia, biphobia, transphobia

  • 🪞 Shame, internalised beliefs, or feeling “different”

  • ❤️‍🩹 Breakups, relationships, and dating in LGBTQ+ contexts

  • 🌪️ Loneliness, grief, or trauma

You don’t have to have a neat explanation for why you’re struggling. We can figure it out together.
