What happens in the first counselling session?

In your first counselling session, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and how I can support you. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and decide if you feel comfortable working together.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes. I offer secure online sessions via video call if you prefer to access therapy from home. Online therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions for most clients.

How do I know if counselling is right for me?
